I live in Singapore, I doubt I can find Melba toasts or Grissino breadsticks! Help!

I doubt I can find (I've checked in the higher class supermarkets) Melba toasts or Grissino breadsticks here in Singapore (this is one of the reason why I wish I lived in a western country!)

Any substitutes for either one item?

Thanks alot http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

Most people actually just leave them out, and many feel they lose better without them. You can have them, but you don't need to have them.

You can find Grissino at Carrefour singapore, for $5 per box.

Melba toast: http://www.life123.com/question/Buy-Melba-Toast

I wish they had HCG diet using Asian foods.. I'm sure veggies like Bak Choy, kangkong and kailan are around the same as spinach. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/frown.png not a lettuce person.

BTW, sharing a cool recipe site with you guys. this person is amazingly creative with allowable ingredients for hcg diet:

I am not sure if HCG is similar to Cohen Lifestyle program - they are very similar. If they are using the same rules to calculate starch, you can perhaps try Meiji biscuits (not the ones with oats~). I watched from youtubes that there are people eating wheat thins - I think that brand is available in cold storage (supermarket in Singapore).

I eat baby kailan instead of spinach (I don't like bok choy or kangkong). And I forgo the melba (too difficult to get here and most don't bother).

I have a few questions for those that lives in singapore.

did you manage to find a toothpaste that is P2-safe?

Are you doing Rx HCG or HHCG? Sublingual or Injections or Pellets?

I bought too many breadsticks and too much liquid aminos. I was going to put them on ebay if you or anyone else is interested? The are fresh and factory sealed.
