I hate to say this, BUT on Phase 2 you aren't supposed to do correction days! That's only for Phases 3 & 4. But let's see what you can do. What about your HCG doseage? How much are you taking during the day? You may need to up it OR lower it - sometimes that helps. Also, are you eating the Melba toast? If so, maybe dropping it. Have you tried upping your protein at one of your meals??? How about the fruit? Can you do w/out one serving & maybe add some extra veggies? I'm sure others will post as the day goes on - but perhaps knowing more info about your eating, doseage will help as well. Good luck with your journey!!! Don't over think this - just go with it!!! Stalls happen. Just hang in there. My stall happened when I hit 180.0 exactly lol. I wanted to end this round at 170 so I would only have 20ish left for my second round. I was going to do just 30 days but I am going for the 43 now cause that time of the month is due any day now. I plan to end it just a week after its over so I am hoping once it's gone the stall will be broken and I will be close if not right at 170. Cut out the eggs it might be causing the stall. Also are you eating the melba's? I had to cut those out cause those kind of carbs do me in pretty bad. I have reactions to them. It's frustrating being so close yet so far I know. But you have done great so far. Try adding in a calcium supplement. I take a multi vitamin and a separate b12 vitamin. I can tell the difference in the days I don't take it.

Thank you so much. No I am not doing the toast. I have cut my fuit to one a day and some days I might even split it. Today I did change my protein from chicken to shrimp and will have fish tmrw. I also do take a vitamin everyday. I even weighed out the vegetables and it looked like a lot. It was more then a hand full. Lol. I will keep going.

How much weight have you lost so far, including your loading weight?
Stalls are very normal, especially if you are running into a previous weight set point. It is exacerbating but you just have to stick it out because things are still happening. What you can do (and maybe you have insulin issues) is to skip one or both fruits and raise your protein by 100 cal. It seems to help many people. Good luck! |

i lost 10 pounds in a flash when i started this round - in less than a week. then 4 more and stuck - for NINE days. i almost quit thinking i'd just take a break and start over, but decided to just be patient b/c i remembered sticking for 10 days on another round i did. i'm glad i stuck it out and just kept on the protocol b/c the next morning things kick started again and i was down a pound.
