Im preparing myself to attempt the optislim diet,
im a bit nervous as i have 7stone to loss and i find it difficult to stick to these diets, im hoping this forum will introduce me to people that can help boost me and i can do the same... This diet consists of replacing two meals with a shake or a soup and then having one meal of 500 calories. its really good as it comes with a booklet with details of what you can and cant eat. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to keep focused on the diet, i am desperate to lose this weight and would love to be able to wear my skinny jeans and look good in a swim suit again! x |
