Week 1 results
 

After 1 week on the injections (two days were fat loading) I lost 7 pounds and had a net loss of 5 pounds. I gained two pounds during the loading days.

I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1.5 from my hips. My bra is fitting a little loose and I had to adjust it tighter in the back. Very happy with the results so far. Today is my day off injections...

I start on Monday...this gives me great hope.

I’ve been dying to give you my first week results. And here they are: I lost 10.4 lbs!!!! After the second loading day I was 145, now I am 134.6 and lost total of 4 inches from all over my body! It was almost the easiest thing I did. I just ate like a bird and drank like and elephant, I didn’t feel hungry at all. The only side effect is I’m cold all the time. It’s like 70 degrees outside, people are wearing t-shirts but I have a heater by me. It might be all the water I’m drinking. And I have a gigantic pimple in the middle of my forehead which makes me look like a rhino. But even if it’s from HCG that’s something I can easily deal with. (I am doing the sublingual by the way.)
Ohhh ohhh, here is the best part, I even cheated yesterday. There was a work gathering, so I had to go. I was having great time and couldn’t resist, had 3 glasses of diet coke and rum. So I decided to skip dinner. This morning I was one pound lighter. Woke up pretty hungry this morning but guess who came to my help? I received the sample LifeCaps Margi had mailed me, thanks again Margi! Am I lucky or what? Now I feel great, I hope rest of my diet will be just like this. Wheeeeeeee!!!!!!

I took one this morning. I think it kind of turned me into a squirrel on redbull. But that rush might be because of my awesome results http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...es/redface.png))))). I feel just fine now, not hungry even though I skipped dinner last night, definitely feel more energetic and more smiley… I already ordered a bottle! Thanks

I got the lifecaps too and gave them a try. I love them!!! I think they will make things much easier when I'm on the diet

Wow DeeDee that is amazing--you are doing great!! Everyone is for that matter! congrats to everyone. I am starting to get curious about the Life Caps now, maybe I should try them. You guys all rave about them so I wonder.....

modom69, yep..that's what i was wondering. i'd like to know what lifecaps are. i think i'll conduct an online search about them just in case i don't find an answer on this board.

Lifecaps are a supplement - you could live 2 weeks on just these capsules in an emergency situation. So from what I've read online they can helpout with the hungries - www.lifecaps.net and use coupon lifeline.

wow, awesome work everyone! i am on day 7 of injections today and i have lost a net of 8 pounds...but a total of 12 pounds from loading day (gained 4 pounds on those two gorging days). i am taking a food-based multi-vitamin twice per day, along with a magnesium/potassium supplement right before i got to bed (this will also help my bowel movements--double score). on the first 3 days of the VLCD my legs were twitching a lot, so i went to my herbalist and she told me that i wasn't getting enough potassium and magnesium. since i started taking supplements my attitude and overall feeling has EXTREMELY improved. i also started drinking 'sleepy time' tea before bed and that has been very good for me.

listening to everyone's success is so awesome!!!! keep it goin' sisters and brothers! i think the coolest thing so far is everyone at work is telling me that i look awesome and they can tell i am dropping inches...mainly in my face. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
