hello Pat. I am just over a week into the diet too and havent lost much yet. oddly i seem to look a bit thinner but i am peeing alot so maybe its water. also not sure about you but i dont have alot of weight to lose (maybe 20-25 lbs) so my though is it might be tougher to lose at this weight or wont be as dramatic as some others. not knowing your situation i can just relate my own

Yeah, I'd freak out a little. And I'd review what I'm doing so I know there aren't any problems.
1. How old/tall/heavy are you? 2. What type and how much hcg are you taking? 3. What are you eating, exactly and specifically, at what times of day? 4. How much did you gain in loading? Did you lose that yet or is that part of the 1.2 lbs? 5. Are you taking any medications or do you have any health concerns that would affect weight loss? |
