Hello dear hCG'ers

I was wondering if anybody had some suggestions as to what I should do, options etc. If you don't need any background info, you can skip right down to the last paragraph

Sorry, it's been a while ... last time around, I had some hcg suppy issues, that's all sorted and I've got my rx. As I falter quickly under stress, I found the best time to go on a long round would've been last Monday (7/2) as that would've given me 10 days before TOM. I got a bit sidetracked with other things, so until 2 weeks ago, I was still without mixing supplies. Well, there's sms-health.co.uk for that but when I went there to order, the website was down displaying a message that they were on annual leave (no start/end dates given). I found syringes and alc swabs at amazon and the items arrived a while ago.

Now for the bacteriostatic water and sterile vials. A google search led me to a place called (doh!) bacteriostatic-water.co.uk that had these supplies. I ordered last Tuesday, 6/26, paid with paypal and got an automated email with general order info. Well, here we are, 8 days later and nothing. Dead silence. I tried to call on Monday but a message said that I had dialled an incorrect number, hmm. So far no response to any of my 2 emails from Monday either. Did a bit of an company info search, the place seems legit. The company also comes up on a few UK bodybuilding forums with mostly negative opinions. Apparently, most would get their stuff but it would take ages. Fantastic, now I'll have to wait at least 2 weeks until I can start (TOM), but how will I know if the order ever turns up?

So, chasing after that company, or probably going through paypal to get my money back, is one thing but it doesn't solve the supply shortage. Plus, money is a bit of an issue, I'm really not flush enough to place several orders of the same items in the hope that one of them arrives in a decent amount of time. In the meantime, sms-health have come online again but they're out of BW, grrr! Through those bodybuilding forums I found another place that sells BW but shipping fee is as much as the expensive tiny bottle of BW and I'm too stingy to pay for that, moreover, I'm now a bit wary of those steroid sites and their business practices (bacteriostatic-water.co.uk also sells BB supplements at a different website called extreme-supplements.co.uk).

I could order from amazon US but how long would that take to arrive in the UK? I remember ordering books and that had a shipping time of 3 to 4 weeks to the UK!

Another option would be biding my time with hhcg drops from Biovea and start injections should the BW eventually arrive (but will it?) but I'm worried about feeling hungry on hhcg because my resolve and impulse control have been virtually non-existent for a while. Plus, I've just read the thread on here about advantages/disadvantages of the various methods and it said that hhcg works on the premise that the body produces the hormone itself. I was sterilised ages ago, can't get pregnant (if that's a pre-condition for hormone production?), so I'm wondering, especially judging my luck with all the obstacles to start the hcg diet, whether I'd be one of those people where hhcg doesn't work.

So, question time! Does anybody know of a RELIABLE supplier of BW and sterile vials, preferably in UK or Europe. Or has anybody from UK/Europe ordered mixing supplies from the US, what was the average delivery time? And shipping cost? Oh, and why does hcgsupplies.com charge over $18 for a 30 ml bottle of BW but the same costs only $13.50 on amazon. And I'm pretty sure I've seen BW much cheaper on some other US sites (but most don't do international shipping).

Thanks for any input, opinions, ideas, etc.

Well, this doesn't really answer your question, but if you are having such trouble getting BW, you might mix your hcg with saline and take it sublingually. That's how I've done all my rounds. I do think injections are best, but sublingual rx has worked extremely well for me. I just mix 5000 iu of hcg with 15 ml of wound wash saline from the drugstore and then hold .5 ml (or a little smaller amount since I seem to need a smaller dose) under my tongue for a few minutes. Also, I do think it works well to start just after your period, so you're probably better off waiting for that and then starting.

I hope someone else is able to direct you to some reliable BW.

Hi jmmr, thanks for this, very helpful, it's actually worth considering! I hadn't thought of it as I thought that you'd need BW for sublingual application, too. How many days does the 15 ml solution last? And the hcg won't lose potency or go off? OK, downside is that I'd use up more hcg. I have 10x 2000 iu vials here which I was hoping would last for 2 long rounds (with room for beginner's mixing error). I'll have to check on the mixing instructions sticky how to calculate for this.

Welcome to Europe. I was unable to get bac water at all... I made do with sterile water from the pharmacy, which isn't ideal, but a risk I took without trouble, especially since my vials are 2000iu and I mix often. Even buying sterile water for injections (which is NOT Rx) meant me getting a 3rd degree in the pharmacy. Syringes, I therefore ordered online - less questions, please.

So, sterile water (what's the difference anyway?) could be used as an alternative, anything else? Or in other words, is there anything that should under no circumstances be used for injections? It's not the wound wash stuff jmmr was talking about, no? Well, that means I'm going to pay my friendly neighborhood pharmacy a visit tomorrow. That leaves the glass vials for mixing but sms-health have them. However, delivery might take up to 14 days it states on their website, unbelievable, aren't they UK-based? Where did you get your syringes from, and the mixing vials, for that matter? Oh, and out of curiosity, I remember you saying that you ordered your hcg from alibaba/China? How long did it take to arrive in Germany?

I think it was 10 days to get here - at least 3 of those had me gnawing my nails, since the tracking said "customs".... Your pharmacy might have bac water, too - just ask them for sterile water with 0.9% something-something mixed in (I forgot what it was.) There is sterile water, and there is sterile water for injections. You want the latter. Well, actually you want neither, since it doesn't really stay sterile all that long. But like I said, I just had no choice. And I am mixing in the hcg vial, which means it is pretty sterile in there. Haven't had trouble during my first round, with mixing app. every 10-11 days.

After the grilling I got for just buying sterile water at the pharmacy, I ordered insulin syringes on eBay, along with alcohol wipes. I am using each sringe app. 3 times - yes, you officially shouldn't, but it's not like I am sharing needles... my dad ha diabetes, my mom was in health care, and she said it is fine to re-use - after 4 times, it usually gets blunt, though.

And Hamburg is fine! I lived in the Netherlands for 8 years, but moved back home in 1996. I love Hamburg...

Eek, the *grilling* is what I'm afraid of, I'm so bad at lying! What did you tell them when asked? Syringes and alcohol swabs are available on amazon UK, at first I was unsure whether these were the correct products as they're sold as *veterinary* supplies, well, aren't we all animals, haha. On ebay UK, it's apparently verboten to sell needles, so you only get syringes without them. Mixing in the hcg vial - good idea, that should work!

Honestly? I just tell the pharmacy that I have to dillute B12 for my dog and cannot be bothered to go to the vet. On a bright note - when my syringes were late arriving, I bummed a couple from the vet next door. I love vets. They never ask questions.

Nice one! So far, I've been lucky enough to not having to deal with any serious disease, nor have I ever had a pet (if you discount a pet rat 30 yrs ago), hence I'm a complete 'virgin' when it comes to medical care needs and necessities, btw I seem to have found something on ebay UK, what do you think? The protocol time to start is right after you finish your period. So 10 days before actually isn't the best time, just so you know. You can use saline to mix and then pull your syringes and freeze them. It's not ideal but we've run into others in europe who have had trouble getting bac water. If you do this, make sure you only mix the first vial and pull enough into the shots that if you need more you have it available. But I would only inject 150 iu at first. I'd pull 175 iu and squirt out the excess on that first batch.

I personally prefer shots. I don't much care for sublingual. I tried it one round and got much better reshaping on rounds with shots. Plus I didn't like having to take it 2x a day. I also find it's harder to regulate the dose because of absorption issues with people here on the forum. My two cents.

Thanks very much for your 2 cents, Colleen! Sorry, just to clarify because I get so easily confused, the saline, is that the same jmmr referred to, i.e. wound wash? Great tip re pulling more iu's into syringes, I'd never thought of that

With regards to freezing: if I'm correct, 2000 iu give me roughly 11 shots @175iu - up to how many of these can I keep in the fridge and how many go in the freezer? Or do they all from 2nd injection onwards go there? How long is the thawing time and how to avoid the solution be freezing cold when injecting? Sorry, more questions! Let's hope that by the time the first vial's used up, my bac water will have arrived.

No you wouldn't be able to use wound wash. Actual saline could be used though and you can usually get that more easily. Do you have animal supply places over there like we do here where farmers can buy injection supplies? You should keep them all in the freezer and pull one out the night before you inject so it's ready.

I know of large pet stores but never entered one, so don't know what's available there. Will have to check if there's one in the area. Now, the saline, is it the fluid that's sold in larger volumes? I can see a chemist (UK chain) over here selling 'sterile saline solution' which is for rinsing contact lenses.

Not really pet stores but more like livestock supply places. For farmers. You need plain saline.

I think we are back to the vets... Honestly, start making up a dog (or just tell them the truth) - vets are great places where to get supplies without the evil eye my pharmacy always gives me. Then again, it could have been my pharmacy... they really, really hate selling stuff unless they are certain it will not be used in some evil way.

Just an update: I went for the 'sterile water' I found on ebay, it arrived today and label on bottle says 'bacteriostatic water' - YAY! Also, I finally got a reply to my emails from the store I ordered from almost 2 weeks ago, allegedly they're suddenly out of bac water and stock's expected in a week. Funny, because when I ordered they had a big message on the home page, dated 18 June which stated that bac water was now back in stock. Make up your mind people ...

Phew, that spared me from having to make up a story at the pharmacy ... it must be my catholic upbringing, I just always feel so guilty when I have to lie, LOL
