There are some snap peas, dehydrated, at Whole Foods, which have no sugar, and just have some corn oil. I almost ate the whole bag, in my longing for something crunchy. Chips and salsa were my downfall before HCG. What can I crunch on now in P4, since I don't want to return to my old corn chip ways? I made some parmesean chips, so good, but very lacy and delicate. Today I sliced up a daikon radish and dipped it in hummus. There is something satisfying about crunching on dry stuff, though.

I haven't tried these yet as I'm still in P2, but I'm looking forward to this: http://cleochatra.blogspot.com/2009/05/crunch-time-doritos-style-chips-makes.html

Wow I didn't know you can use PAM spray. Is this recipe for Phase 2 or Phase 3? I would love to try them tomorrow. Mr. Tom came to visit and I'm craving salty food!! lol
