Phase 4
I have gained 6 pounds on phase 4, my first week. What do I need to do to get the 6lbs off?

First off, do a steak day immediately. That should be done whenever you are 2lbs over your LDW, the same day. Then look at what you ate - apparently, you are sensitive to something. What have you been eating in P4 that you weren't eating before?
