Default HCG inj x 4 days no results WTH!!!
Good morning it's been a year since I initially used HCG inj. I lost 32 pounds and kepted it off . I am currently on day 4 of HCG inj and inj 200iu= 0.8cc and I'm getting alittle frustrated...especially since I'm doing everything correctly with the exception of the salad dressing. I'm loving and using "Teresa's" Blueberry Pomegranate vinaigrette yep I've tried the ACV but that's too dang tart. PLease help and any suggestions is most appreciated. BTW... comparing my initial results to current I'd expected to have lost min. 6 pounds...arrrrg what is the problem. Thank for your input.

Probably the sugar and the soybean oil in the dressing

200IU is also pretty high. Are you hungry?

Did you load properly?

I think you gave the answer in your post...it's the salad dressing.

No need to change your dosage unless you are hungry.

There is no store-bought salad dressing that is allowed.

You might try squeezing lemon on it. This is the reason I seldom eat salad on hcg. There are plenty of other veggie options.

I was considering vinaigrette recipes that I've seen on allrecipes.com however I won't add the oil and use stevia vs. sugar or honey

Her are a couple of recipes for a vinaigrette=
Strawberry Vinaigrette
5 strawberries
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dropper of stevia
Dash of salt
Combine 2 strawberries with remaining ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Cut up remaining 2 strawberries and mix wiht spinach leaves. Por vinagrette over spinach leaves. (1 fruid and 1 vegetable if you use spinach)
(I personally wouldn't want to waste a fruit serving on this.)

Lemon Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon baslsamic vinegar
Stir well and put over vegetable or use as marinade.

Citrus Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 clove pressed garlic
dash of salt
Stir well and put over vegetalbe or use as marinade. Can double and store, but best when fresh.

Can't vouch for any of these I don't eat salad dressing anytime. So good luck.

Thanks again for the input.

Yep I noticed a few recipes that had mustard as an ingredient...and cheyenne pepper. Last time I had cheyenne in anything was with a lemon/lime juice, maple syrup and cheyenne combo....needless to to say I purchased 40,000 heat caps. of cheyenne and took a cap with each glass of that lemon/lime drink....lawd lawd lawd within 10 mins I felt as if some wicked wicked arsonist had lit an inferno in my stomach. LOl lol lol I was HOT from the inside out, i was sweating EVERYWHERE!!! lol lol I thought I was gonna spontaneously combust, lol lol . Then reality really set in when I thought about the exit journey...lawd lawd lawd!!!! Let's just say I thought I was gonna pass out lol, friendly reminder to myself...hot in means blow torch out, lol lol.

That was truly a lesson learned about following suspect recipes and advice off the internet, lol lol. I guess the individual that posted the recipe was a pro and enjoyed spicy food and the consequences thereof. BTW I could only tolerate 2 days of that detoxification and I still have the cheyenne pepper memoribelia on the counter. I breakout in a sweat everytime I look at those bottles

Now that I've given you 1 of my comical weight loss stories thanks again for your input I will give it some thought lol...but I won't make any promises.

I just squeeze lemon on my salad, and salt and pepper. I rather enjoy it, and it's safe. If I want dressing, I will make one with MCT oil, mustard, and ACV plus garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Some people put stevia in it too, but I am not a fan of sweet dressings.

Thanks athinnerme,
you and I are own opposite ends of the spectrum...i like sweet dressing and unfortunately the ACV makes my cheeks pucker..I'm gonna make my own dressing daily and sacrifice a fruit serving.
