Default Planned Interruption - Food Do's/Don'ts
What types of foods are OK on a Planned Interruption?

Is it ONLY P2 foods, but increase the calorie? Or can I add to it? IF so - what types can I add, and what should I avoid?

Obviously, no sugar - but what about cheese? Any breads?

Thank you!

A Planned Interruption is like P3. Add food in slowly. Up your protien and add in good fats, stay away from bread. Its no sugar, no carbs. Cheese is ok but be careful. You don't have to limit your protiens to just the P2 kinds you can add turkey, other kinds of fish, dark meat chicken. pork (not with sugar as a smoking agent), etc. Good luck on your PI.
