Emptied out an Afrin Menthol bottle nose spray. Filled it with exactly 10ml of water and got 90 sprays out of it.

Filled same bottle with exactly 5ml of water and got almost 45 sprays out of it. 5ml seems to be the sweet spot if you want to administer HCG twice a day. You should get 21 days worth.

If you add 5,000 IU of HCG to 5ml, divided by 45 sprays = 111 IU's per spray, one shot in each nostril = 222 total dose.

125 IU's IV = at least twice more any other way, due to the difficulty it is getting HCG into your bloodstream whether it be sublingual or nasal.

I am also considering adding just a wee bit of the Afrin into the 5ml. Chemists designed the Afrin to penetrate the nasal cavity which I can only assume would assist the HCG. I'm talking maybe .5ml if that added to the 5ml of HCG.

I may add more HCG to the mix cause I like to dose twice a day, morning then night. When my HCG arrives in a week or so I will report progress good and bad. I hope to hear from other members who prefer the nasal method of administration and their good and bad reports. Thanks.

So today I received my three boxes of HuCog HCG 5,000IU's each for a total of 15K of powder HCG.

I used my pressure cooker to create my own bacteria free water. After a few hours to let it cool I went at it.

After sterilizing my hypo needle, I used 1ml of bac free water to reconstitute the 3 vials of powder HCG. I used 91% alcohol to sterilize an empty Afrin nasal spray bottle and the needle. I ended up filling the sterile, empty Afrin bottle with 15,000 IU's of HCG and 10ml of bac free water. I also added .5ml of Afrin in the mix. Maybe in the future I may add more to the mix but .5ml seems safe so far.

Afrin paid millions of dollars to top end chemists to create a substance that would successfully carry their product into the bloodstream. Figured might as well use it to deliver HCG into our bloodstreams and started with a small amount.

Prior tests showed 10ml gave me 90 squirts from the spray bottle. Little more with the small Afrin add-on. One pump in each nostril in the morning (when I like to work out) and a pump in each nostril at night should last 23 days or close to it. The final test is spraying the mix onto a pregnancy strip which I will do later this week.

I will start tomorrow with a pump in each nostril and withholding of calories. I'll communicate with my testes on my own to make testosterone by actually working out, which I prefer to do in the morning (great way to start your day).

Just to keep my experiment legit, I consumed a Lasix tablet tonight and have been pee'ing my ass off for the last few hours along with knocking off almost 10lbs. I don't recommend this for anyone else, taking Lasix dumps that flippidy flabbidy fat that is overfilled with glucose into your bladder to be removed. I've literally lost 10lbs in one 6 hour settiing but I just want to give my HCG experiment a head start.

I weighed in a few hours ago at 198 and now I am at 192, about 4 hours later and I have been eating and drinking lightly. The molecular weight of Glucose is 10 times that of water so it's easy to understand pee'ing out that much weight cause it's NOT water/urine.

I can't do the needle thing which would be the most accurate and I tried the sublingual thing and was not happy with that. So much saliva building up and no real concrete evidence your body absorbed any HCG. I have much confidence with the nasal route but as you can see I don't depend on just a water solution of HCG. I mix in just a bit of actual Afrin, which was created to deliver Afrin's medicine to your bloodstream so now I want it to deliver HCG to my bloodstream.

Tomorrow will be day one and will have much to report. Hope other nasal HCG members will chime in with experiences of their own and/or recommendations.

Anyway, back to reality, I woke up today and weighed myself. 190.6 from 198.6. None of it due to HCG but I shouldn't be in the 190's anyway. My BMI is 169 which is like impossible. 175lbs is more my "fighting" weight, I like to have some muscle on me and not be rail skinny.

To be honest, this diet is not very hard for me cause I already eat like a bird. I can go all day and eat maybe 3 slices of pizza and be totally fine. In fact, my first few days of my HCG diet is gonna be one slice of pizza around noon and another slice of pizza around 5pm. I'm also gonna do something crazy not too many people around here seem to want to do........WORKOUT!!!! I work around mostly women and all day I hear them blame food for the weight they gain and never once mention any kind of workout.

Remember......we don't lose or gain fat. Muscle we gain and lose but not fat. Fat cells are like little balloons that fill up with glucose you don't use so either eat less or do more like.........WORKOUT!!!!

Well, took my first two nasal sprays of my HCG brew and it is a bit watery. I feel too much of it is ending up in the back of my throat and NOT in my nasal passages. I am going to add more Afrin to the mix. I have 15k IU's of HCG inside 10ml of water. Most say it should be just 10K IU's of HCG so I am not worried the Afrin will dilute anything.

I think the Afrin is needed to suspend the product in my nasal cavity so their drug and my HCG can properly be delivered. So far there is only .5ml of Afrin in the mix. I'm going to add 2ml of Afrin today which is still only 20% of the total product. Hope this is enough to keep the HCG in my nasal cavity and NOT in the back of my throat.

Went and bought another bottle of Afrin and now my nasal spray formula has a total of 5ml of Afrin, 10ml of bacteria free water and 15,000 IU's of HCG. 1,000IU's of HCG per ml of substrate is the target number, at least with the sublingual formulations I have read about online. The idea being 1/4ml under your tongue would be 125iu's of HCG which many have said is a good daily dose. Between all of the saliva that is created while under your tongue and god knows how much you accidentally swallow, it's impossible to get an accurate count of how much HCG you got into your bloodstream.

My first attempt at the nasal which was almost all water/HCG, I felt most of it on the back of my throat. It was obvious I needed something like REAL nasal spray to suspend the HCG inside the nasal cavity so the HCG can enter the bloodstream. It is clear to me now that my next formulation will be the minimal amount required to reconstitute the powder HCG which is approximately 3ml of bac free water. The rest would be app. 7ml of Afrin nasal spray.

After adding the Afrin to my formula today, it all stayed inside my nasal cavity and none of it hit the back of my throat. So I guess the final step is to get a pregnancy test to confirm HCG is present in each spray I take. If it comes out positive than the formula works.

Well......I think congratulations are in order cause this man is PREGNANT!!!! That's right!!! Positive pregnancy test has shown not only did I receive the real thing but more importantly the HCG survives perfectly fine inside the Afrin. Can't get much better than that!!

The whole thing is a work in progress. Started out with too much water, not enough Afrin. Made the right adjustment and now the HCG/Afrin stays in my nasal cavity so it may enter my bloodstream. Positive pregnancy test shows the HCG alive and well in my formula.

Nasal spray is far and away better than sublingual, injection being the best way but I hate needles. I hope this info works for others and even improved upon by others. 152 people have read my report so I look forward to any assistance in legitimizing the nasal spray.

Weigh in this morning, 188 lbs. Most importantly I got rid of the flippidy flabbidy fat, everything is back to being tight just need to lose 10 lbs. As we all know the last 10 lbs is the hardest 10 lbs.

Been a couple of days. Down to 185lbs. It's so great to just spray a spray into your nasal cavity knowing every drop got into your bloodstream.

If you're not injecting, it definitely the way to go.

Also, as crazy as it sounds I am working out too. Doing the exact same thing HCG is doing, increasing my natural testosterone output. Can't get any better than that!!

To be honest, I haven't been sticking to my 500 calorie diet so my weight has stayed the same. Formula is still a little watery but I will add more Afrin and less water to the next mix and it should be pefect.

Just wanted to check in and report the pounds are melting away as expected. Didn't want to waste time EVERY day reporting I lost a pound. 500 calories a day of course I am losing weight. I also wanted to report my libido has definitely increased.

Hunger is under control, never was a big eater anyway. I believe starting off with the Lasix and peeing out 10lbs the first day was a nice way to start. Gave you a head start you didn't want to mess up and lose cause you didn't stick with it.

2nd batch coming this week and I will be able to mix it perfectly as I can tell it currently has too much water as it hits the back of my throat way too soon, worry about HCG absorption. I basically just shoot it into my nose and sniff just a little bit so it all would stay in my nasal cavity as long as possible.

It's definitely getting into my system. I am definitely losing about a pound a day. My testosterone is definitely elevated and through it all I am not any more hungry than when I was eating 3,000 calories a day.

The final reply to my final thread........9mL of Afrin Nasal whatever you prefer injected into a clean, bac free Afrin bottle plus 3 5K IU's of HCG reconstituted. Mix with needle back and forth while rotating bottle every few seconds.

It's perfect, the HCG sustains in the Afrin mix so no worries of anything getting watered down, great proportion each spray into your nose.....tests positive for HCG.
