I just started using the HCG from NuImage Medical and it honestly is working for me alot better. They suggest a dose of 250 ius I thought that would be to much after reading posts saying you can be hungry on higher doses but really I am not hungry at all. I previously tried Hucog and High Purity from Pharmacy Escrow, the Hucog was okay but I was always hungry on the High Purity. Well I will see how it goes but so far I am liking this HCG and it is from a Pharmacy here in the U.S. so that makes me feel good too! I am on day 2 VLCD and I am down 7 lbs

Good to hear! Some people just do better on certain brands...wonder what the big differences are between the brands. Is there that much of a compounding difference? Who knows, but I'm glad you found something that works for you.

Has anyone tried the HCG troches (pellets) from Nu Image Medical? Two pellets are taken per day - each pellet is 250 IU, so a total of 500 IU of prescription HCG is taken per day. I am considering using this for my round two, because the first round was a disaster using homeopathic drops.

Has anyone had success with HCG troches?

Thanks so much for bumping this up.

One of my other questions is concerning the amount of IU's which is 250 IU's per pellet X 2 per day = 500 IU's per day. This troche cannot be bought in a lower IU amount by this American company. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced problems where the amount of daily IU's in troche form was too high for them - or if you had no problem at all, could you please let me know.

Also was is the stability of this compound. Nu Image Medical said the compound troche's are very stable but if exposed to a higher heat "like a warm truck in summer" the troches will basically melt. That is less of a problem now that the Pacific Northwest is into the cooler season.

If you have bought Nu Image Medical troches were they easy to cut if need be, to have a lesser amount of IU's. Did you experience any problems, or was everything just perfect? Oh and of course, how much weight did you lost on 43 days?

I got my drops from Nu Image too and so far they are working great! My only concern is that there is 16,000 IUs mixed at one time. I asked them about the efficacy after two weeks and they assured me that the potency would remain the same ( of course there were the ones wanting my 300.00!) I bought some homeopathic HCG just in case these stop working as well after two weeks.

Thanks so much for answering. When I spoke with Nu Image yesterday, they said they were going to stop doing the drops because the troches were so popular. When I go on their site, they no longer offer the drops. I have been researching the troches and still have a little more research to do still. One Florida compounding pharmacy said the troches are made with a gel and need to be baked, thus they lose potency. How much I do not know, though I will be speaking with this Florida compounding pharmacy to ask more questions. I have compounding pharmacies here in Vancouver, BC which I will ask the same question to - as well as asking questions to Texas compounding pharmacies. There is a lot of bs to rule out it seems!!!! grrrrr

One thing Kim, there is a huge difference between homeopathic drops and Rx drops. I used homeopathic drops the first round and at 2 weeks - I hit a wall. I was starving the whole time no matter what. I am certain that your Rx drops even if they loose potency will have more HCG in it than homeopathic drops. I have about 6 bottles still left of my drops and I will sell them on Craig's List.

How fast was Nu Image in getting the HCG to you Kim? You are on the west coast like I am - just curious as they are in Florida. If I do order from them, I am sending the HCG to Blaine, WA - because Canadian Customs will stop the HCG at the border. ~rolls eyes~

I would love to know how your round one goes with the Nu Image drops Kim ... I hope you email me and let me know!

Hi Joanne, I used to live in Vancouver too! Loved it there! It took less than a week to get my drops ( off course I paid extra money for an overnight delivery). They reimbursed me that money though because it took three days instead of one. I am super happy with the results so far. I am on day 6 of the phase 2 and I have already lost 10 pounds. I don't feel hungry except right before its time to eat. I don't have cravings. The hardest part for me is getting all of the required water in but I do notice that I lose more weight on the days that I meet the water requirements. I think you will be happy. I am curious to know how you like the pellets or whatever they are. Since they are not doing drops any more I will have to order those next time. I am surprised that they stopped selling the drops. I must have received one of the last shipments. Keep me updated!

Well I won't be buying from Nu Image. I had a rather disagreeable conversation with someone who works there. It seems that asking further questions about their troches did not sit well with him. I have found an excellent place to order from Kim and I have an email address to give you. This is Rx HCG.

Interesting.....I had several rude encounters with them as well and cancelled my order, but after the person apologized, the tone totally turned around and I got stellar service. Dosage varies from person to person and from round to round. How can you prescribe an exact amount across the board? I needed much less on my second round than on my first, and on my first had to adjust the amount of drops twice.

With troches you cannot adjust the amount if needed, so they won't work well for everyone.

Your website is also misleading. Lose 2 pounds a day?? Hardly anyone does this, especially not women. Meal replacement packs? They are not on protocol. Work for some maybe, but not for everyone.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to hcg. And the dose needs lowered with every round for most people. Hunger is a sign of the wrong dose. Many clinics simply don't understand the dosing issue. I would be happy to explain it to you if you like. I adjust doses on here all day long. LOL
