I will finish this round (2) in the next two weeks. I will go at least 35 days, but I'm hoping to stick it out for a full 42. I will be doing at least 3 weeks of Phase 3, possibly longer depending on how I stabilize. Then I will move into Phase 4 mid-August. Normally I would start Round 3 mid-September, but we are going for a week to Disneyland the second week in October.
Here are my options: 1) Try to do a short (3 week) round, loading the last couple days of vacation and moving to Phase 3 just before Thanksgiving. I can totally do Thanksgiving on Phase 3, but I'm not prepared to do it on Phase 2. The problem is that I keep reading that in order to stabilize well, you really have to do at least a 30 day round. Would it even be worth it to try to do the short round and risk not being stable through the holidays? OR 2) Just wait until all the holidays are over and do Round 3 in January? What do you guys think would be best? Does the weight loss outweigh the possibility of not stabilizing? or is it not worth the risk? |

Thanks for your input, Ladies! I appreciate it. I was inclined to wait, but thought I would ask. It will be hard to wait to lose more weight, but considering I have lost twice as much since March than I did in the previous 2 years combined, I guess I can wait. It will be good practice for me to maintain for this period of time. Practice for when I reach goal.
