Default Loosing pounds and inches, but not pant sizes...
I'm losing pounds and inches, but not pant sizes. I'm on R1P2D21 -31#. I started at 280. Can anyone in a similar situation tell me when they first lost a pant size? I know I can't get hung up on it. But I've lost a total of 41# - with the first 10 a month or so before the start of HCG. All of my clothes fit a little too well for my liking.

I don't know what isnormal, but i will tell you how round 1 was for me. I lost 29 pounds, but did not drop a pant size. My clothes felt a little looser, but not that much. I took before pictures and took pics the last say of my injection and did not look like I had lost much. I tried on old clothes and they were all too tight. The next 3 weeks, on phase 3, I did not lose any more weight, but I started noticing my pants were looser. I tried on those same clothes and they all fit. People also started commenting about my weight loss. No one had noticed before.

I would think if you were losing inches, you'd be losing size, but I don't know. In my first round, I didn't get smaller until P3.

i think it all situates itself in p3/p4. ive lost over 40 and i'm only one size down, the suckage in part came in p3 in first round and p4 in second.

The larger you start, the longer it will take you to go down a pant size. Misses sizes have only one inch difference from size to size, while women's sizes have a two inch difference. But that doesn't seem to entirely account for how much weight you've lost without without going down a size. Do you wear really loose/stretchy clothes that allow a lot of size change?

Thanks all! I do wear a fair bit of stretchy clothing. I work in a semi-professional environment, so I get away with wearing nice flowy dresses, tunics, etc. I also think that some of my regular pants must have some elastic in them. The pants I do have, I've been wearing them for a long time, so I think they just fit me from 250-280. I haven't been 240 for a long time.. so I am hoping that is my breaking point. I also have only lost 1/2 inch on each thigh, so that is probably part of the issue. I appreciate all of the help though!

Also, my body shape is definitely changing. My waist is now small in comparison to my body. Perhaps I will get back my top-heavy hourglass after all!
