Default Sleeping aids at nght
I seem to not to be able to fall asleep at night. Does anyone know if you can take a sleeping aid like ambien while on HCG phase 2? Thanks

I wouldn't take Ambien, mostly because I've seen too many people who have had really bizarre reactions while on it and they don't even know what's happened to them. I'm a flight attendant and you wouldn't believe the stuff people do on planes at night after taking Ambien. We have to call the paramedics to wheel a lot of them off when the plane lands. And there's a lot of nudity, sleepwalking, fighting, etc. It is awful, dangerous stuff.

Try taking magnesium just before bed. It puts me right to sleep.

Hi Jearly--I took it on my round and had no problems with it. The only thing that I *would* advise is that you perhaps only take 1/2 of your usual dose. Since you have so little food in your stomach, it hits you faster and stronger (it does me, anyways).

Don't take Ambien! You wouldn't believe how many people I've seen sleep eat on it and then totally mess up their protocol. Take melatonin or Tylenol PM.
