Default Hit the 150's! Woo-hoo! What is your pre-goal "whew" number???
While my overall goal is 135 lbs, I hit the 150's today, weighing in at 158.5. It made me SMILE!!! There was something about seeing 150-something on the scale that made me feel like my goal is within reach. Feels sooooo good! I've now lost 20.3 lbs with R1 of HCG.

What is your pre-goal number that you want to see to go "whew"?!!!

I weighed 217 at my highest weight two years ago, so seeing the onederlands again made me go "whew" then. Now, it was 150-something.

I'm a happy girl! I love HCG!

177. During my freshman year of college I lost 30lbs and I was 178 at my lowest. I haven't been below that since I was probably a Junior in high school. Also, when I get to 149 I think I'll stop feeling like a fat person.

Congrats!

My original hcg whew goal was 170lbs which prior to hcg had been my lowest weight ever as an adult. When I hit that midway into my second round, I decided on a 'normal bmi' which meant under 150lbs. When I got to that I thought what was stopping me to go lower and it became more of a clothes size thing than a weight.

My whew number is 154.9 because when I am under 155 at least I dont feel blobby and I do feel confident. My best range and easiest to maintain (when not eating totinos pizzas and drinking mudslides ) is 148-150 so that is where I am heading this correction round. This morning was 154.8 so whew. Vlcd11 and down 8.7 net for the round.

My overall goal is 149. My doctor's scale still uses the manual weights - and to NOT have to move that additional 50# weight over would be a dream!!! I'm not sure how realistic that is - but it is something to shoot for.

I started at 182, I wanted to hit the 150's... I'm at 157-158, and feel better than ever. When I saw 159 I knew that I could do it! My ultimate goal is 145...

I am hopefully on my final round (its my third), so this time my "whew" number would be 129. Just to see those 120s again would be beyond incredible!

Since I started at 235, 199 is my first "whew" goal...and I'm so close! I am hoping for tomorrow!!! After that it will be 185, because that is what I weighed when I got pregnant almost 15 yrs ago.

@Rhiannon8404: Hello. Congrats. I have a long way to go. I started at 255, now at 238 (R1P2D10), and I want to be 185. I am looking for friends on here to keep motivation on the up and up, as well as maybe help me with questions I may have. I am a single mom (my baby just turned 16 months on the 28th of June).

only 2.5 away from ONEDERLAND, that's where I want to be. My overall goal is orginally 190, but that puts me 20lbs overweight. Ya know what? I dont care, as long as I stay in the 100s!

I will have a normal BMI if I weigh 150 so that is my goal. 25 pounds to go and I think that I am either going to do this with a personal trainer who also does paleo nutrition stuff, or a last round of hcg, hoping that I will lose that in one more round. I am very excited to be so close to goal. I feel so good already, I can't imagine feeling even better!
