While my overall goal is 135 lbs, I hit the 150's today, weighing in at 158.5. It made me SMILE!!! There was something about seeing 150-something on the scale that made me feel like my goal is within reach. Feels sooooo good! I've now lost 20.3 lbs with R1 of HCG.
What is your pre-goal number that you want to see to go "whew"?!!! I weighed 217 at my highest weight two years ago, so seeing the onederlands again made me go "whew" then. Now, it was 150-something. I'm a happy girl! I love HCG! |

Congrats!
My original hcg whew goal was 170lbs which prior to hcg had been my lowest weight ever as an adult. When I hit that midway into my second round, I decided on a 'normal bmi' which meant under 150lbs. When I got to that I thought what was stopping me to go lower and it became more of a clothes size thing than a weight. |

My whew number is 154.9 because when I am under 155 at least I dont feel blobby and I do feel confident. My best range and easiest to maintain (when not eating totinos pizzas and drinking mudslides

@Rhiannon8404: Hello. Congrats. I have a long way to go. I started at 255, now at 238 (R1P2D10), and I want to be 185. I am looking for friends on here to keep motivation on the up and up, as well as maybe help me with questions I may have. I am a single mom (my baby just turned 16 months on the 28th of June).

I will have a normal BMI if I weigh 150 so that is my goal. 25 pounds to go and I think that I am either going to do this with a personal trainer who also does paleo nutrition stuff, or a last round of hcg, hoping that I will lose that in one more round. I am very excited to be so close to goal. I feel so good already, I can't imagine feeling even better!
