Hi there, I am new to the forum (as a posting member, I've been lurking for quite some time hehe) but not new to the hcg diet, I am about to start my 3rd round. My question is though, for the next two months I will be traveling off and on to visit friends and family, probably for about four days at a time. I have chosen to keep this diet a secret from everyone, because I do not want to hear the criticism that I know I would get. So, does anybody have any ideas on how to hide the fact that im on hcg while I'm visiting friends and family? I'm really not sure how I will keep it cold without putting it in the fridge for people to see and question me about what it is, or even how I will find time to hold it under my tongue twice a day for ten minutes without being seen. Food won't be an issue, because when not on hcg I follow a paleo diet anyway so nobody questions why I don't eat certain food. I cannot put off this round for two more months, so I MUST find a way to do this! Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
