Leg cramps
I am on R1/P2 day9 a few days ago I started having some leg cramps at night. Any thoughts?

Try some potassium and mag/cal supplements.

I think it's kind of common, Mamafur; I even had leg cramps into Phase III. They were very quickly relieved when I began taking Magnesium/Potassium capsules. This program requires a lot of water, and even the fruits and vegetables have a high water content, so the cramps are not surprising. From what I've read, the supplements have an added bonus of helping with constipation....."2 birds with 1 stone"!!!
