and needs her other one, she lives about an hour away. i may not be able to get it to her in time. Am I gonna be in trouble if caught sending it to her? I just feel weird about it.

You can mail lliquids as long as they are not flammable and are properly wrapped so they won't break.

Sure, the hcg comes to us by mail in the first place.
