Default Crazy or coincidence
I know exercise is not essential on the HCG diet, but....I have been walking 3 miles a day and last week I had a slight gain, a stall and then very slow loss. This week due to inclement weather, I have not walked in 3 days - I have had much more significant losses this week. I haven't changed anything else. What do you think - was my exercising causing the stall/slow loss or is this all just a coincidence? P.S. I am only 3 pounds from my goal - total of 35 pounds lost!!!

Congrats on your loss. Thats awesome! Yes the walking would hinder you. At VLCD your body will start to store fat if your are outputting too many calories. Also it can cause water retention. Give it up for now and you'll be at goal before you know it.
