I just like certain things and I was wondering if I could eat the same things every two days?

Yes, but eat different meals for lunch and dinner.

I ate the same thing every day - beef chili for lunch, chicken curry for dinner - I went off salads totally in P2. Food was just something I had to have, not something I enjoyed and I didn't feel like experimenting much.

Each time this is asked I go back over the p&i manual and do not see anywhere saying that you have to eat a different food at lunch than dinner

You can eat the same thing for lunch and dinner, and the same thing every day. But you shouldn't have beef twice a day since American beef is more caloric than Italian beef.

I pretty much ate the same 3 foods for every meal. Sometimes I would do the chicken salad- sometimes I would eat the same chicken salad food- just not put together as a chicken salad. hi carol, im a 17 year old guy and im on round 2 and i will explain my first round briefly.
day 1-43 breakfist-fruit, lunch-4oz chicken breast+veggie, dinner-4oz chicken breast, fruit, veggie.

i started at 240.5 and as of the end of r1p2 i ended up at 203.5.. i went over losing 34 lbs in 1 round, dont try it i got weird symptoms play safe!
good luck! (btw im now 199.5 :P a great milestone yay!)
