You either mixed up your months for that deadline, or you are delusional. Sorry. Only one way to lose 30 lbs in 5 days... Amputate a leg.
If you meant july... Possible, but not a given. Men generally lose faster than women, but - any weight loss is worthless if you aren't able to also stick to the Phase 3/ Phase 4 afterwards. |

I'm just curious, how tall are you? That seems like a super low weight for a man. You can expect to lose .5 to 1 lb per day on this plan, with men usually losing closer to .75 to 1 lb. And with this plan, you have to be dedicated. You have to follow it exactly with no variation or cheats, and you have to follow the six week plan after the diet very carefully.

Hey Bobby,
Like jmmrr, don't mean to rain on your parade, but my husband is 5'7 and your weight is what he is suppose to weigh. If you do not have any abnormal weight to loose you will not loose anything only be very, very, hungry. I looked at a Height/weight chart and men that are 5'1 to 5'3 should weigh this. Good luck |

Hi I looked at the height/weight chart and I should be at 145 with 131 being on the light side and 159 being on the heavy side. I heard this diet attacks abnormal fat, and I would without hesitation say that I have an abnormal amount of fat in my stomach. No where else on my body just my stomach, so I'm really hoping to get this off in the next 30-60 days. I will be doing a primal phase 3 as I have had success with that program before. I guess I'm just anxious, but I appreciate being able to sound off with you guys.

Good Luck Bobby. Being a guy you will loose faster. Remember stick to it and it will work. Plus make sure you read Pounds and Inches. Also you sound like you are from the south with the Ya'll!!! We are here if you need us and the reason we asked so many questions is that we wanted you to be successful.
