Default Gained .4 pounds overnight...
Good morning,

I did my daily weigh-in today. I have been in VLCD for 7 days and have lost 14.5 pounds; but this morning I have gained .4 pounds. I know it is not my food intake because I have been meticulous about it. (I weight everything, even my celery sticks.) These are some of the things that happened yesterday that could be a factor.

I'm on day 3 of TOM
I took Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails on accident (up until HCG this was a daily biotin vitamin and it was just out of habit that I grabbed the bottle)
I salted my apple slices at dinner time last night and I probably over-salted.

Does anyone have any suggestions for which one of those was a definite factor? I want this .4 GONE and then some!!!!!!!!!

Cheerio,

Rachel

I think it is perfectly normal to go up a little on occasion, especially with TOM. And after losing 14.5 in 7 days, your body needs to adjust. Don't worry about it.

o.4 lbs? I would have KILLED for that! I gained 4.5 lbs in a single day prior to TOM... so there. It is normal to fluctuate a little during or around TOM... hormones going nuts, water retention. No worries! You are doing awesome!
