Good evening everyone. I am new to the HCG diet. I started the injections two days ago. I have a quick question. Can I drink carrot juice with an apple in it for breakfast? I need to juice carrots for my eyes.

I can't answer that question - but just wanted to say welcome! You seem to be close to the same days as I am. I loaded on 6/23-24. So far so good!
