Is it ok to,use the organic Cocunut Oil as a moisturizer for your skin in phase2? I have heard it is and hope so because someone will mistake me for an alligator at the end of this phase if not! Seriously need to know this as I used it today on my first day od VLCD. Thank you.

Nope. Only baby oil or something oil free.
