Now I am only 22 and a male. so that might have to do with my success. At first I did 800 calories and ate what I wanted within that, but stoped losing weight after 15lbs.
So for a month I have been on 500 calories under the diet guidlines, and I lost 35lbs. Been tracking everything I eat on fitness pal, take supplements like superfood, b complex, ect ect. And muscle definition has improved, my overall resistance trianing has increased by double, I get about 60 grams of protien. Suposed to have 70. My hair, skin, and energy levels have increased greatly and I stoped snoring. Reason I didnt use hcg is one I couldnt afford it and 2 I am scared to buy it over the internet. I do get bloodwork done monthly but thats a result of the painkillers and injuries from a previos job. Not hungry, cant stop thinking about food, ESP when I live in a house full of junkfood. I weigh everything and over exaggerate, so I am prolly under 500 Cal. I was 285 6ft, at 243. Now I am not get trying to say hcg doesnt work, but saying if you cant afford it or get a perscription, this can be done and effectively. At first it was hard, but after 2 Weeks, was easier. Srry first post messed up title. |
