Does this happen to you?

One of the benefits to this protocol is it teaches you to pay attention to your body and how it reacts to what you do to it....something I've been noticing lately is a few min. after eating I will get warm....not quite like a hot-flash, but almost as if I'm cooling down from a work-out. --Years ago, I had a doctor prescribe adipex, and I would the same thing; I was told then that when this happened, it was a sign that my internal furnace was kicking on, and I was burning fat...so has anyone else had this feeling/experience while on this protocol? (or, have I finally went 'round the bend?)

Not quite, I don't get this feeling when I eat, but when I do regular everyday stuff, like working a bit in the garden, or walking up stairs, or things like that. It feels like... I don't know... like things I do lead to exaggerated heat responses... things that would normally make me sweat a little, make me sweat more. Same when I exercise... I hope that means my body is willing to burn more fat to give me more energy...

That may be a sign that you are becoming Leptin sensitive again. Good news!

Hi Pensee I get the same thing too! I thought it was just me and there was something wrong. Maybe it does have something to do with us burning fat and the HCG. Let's hope it is a good thing!

IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO!!
I thought it was just me! Nice to hear that I'm not crazy... hahaha!
Now we can deduce that is just us burning fat and the HCG. As Amazon said, let's hope it is a good thing!

Hi everyone,

Good to know. Was a bit worried abt that, cause I hadn't read abt it anywhere. Glad I m not the only one. Maybe it is a sign for leptin sensitivity. Don't get hungry at night anymore either. Could even do without dinner, but am afraid I would b too hungry in the morning if I skip it http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png
