I'm in P4 and have been for awhile. I was .5 over LIW and chose a FFF day instead of a steak day. I had the FFF (32 oz) mixed with very little berries and some stevia. Woke up today with no loss at all. I drank a lot of water as well. I have been successful with steak days in the past.
Any ideas? Vonda |
