Default extreme nausea
Hi -

I am doing rx sublingual - have done only hhcg in the past and lost great on that but switched over this round when hhcg no longer available.

I am on day 6 of the VLCD and continue to have extreme nausea - so bad I can't eat certain proteins, in fact I almost gag on some (like chicken, hamburger, scallops).

I have no hunger issues at all, just the extreme nausea.

ON the hhcg I had nausea the first few days but it went away and did not have a problem with the protein.

Any ideas what is going on?

I did add water with electrolytes and I added in the 'Calm' magnesium 3 days ago.....

Not sure what to do.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

Maybe your dosage needs to be adjusted? Try eating smaller meals more often.

Travelfan - are you on the birth control pill? I have found that I have to take it right when I eat because my stomach is empty the rest of the day and I get nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach.

No on the birth control pills - am past that and also no longer deal with TOM issues.

'haveasmile' - if I adjust my dosage, what should it be - adjust up or down?? and by how much???

And the nausea is anytime I am having a protein, whether lunch or dinner. My stomach just turns when I get out the protein to fix, and once I have fixed it and sit down to eat it, the nausea really kicks up.

Did you ever figure anything out? I'm following protocol perfectly with homeopathic drops. I'm down 16 pounds on R1P2D5, but I'm having terrible nauseous. I've also vomited twice.
