Default Patch day number 36
Hello all. Well good news. I have been on the patch for 36 days and have lost 25 lbs and 15 inches. My question is should I be changing up my diet some? These last few days I have been +\- 0.5 lbs. I am starting to tire of the limited foods -- I need a shake up! Help!

Losses always slow in the last few days. Some people drop melba and one or both fruits, just remember to add in protein to make up for the loss of calories. You're doing great!

Plus you are within a week of being at a 40/43 day round. I guess you are stopping at that time. I know I was ready to move into phase 3 by the time I reached 36 days. Good luck and great losses.

Wow awesome job on the losses! That is great! Like others said, your losses will slow towards the end. If you are feeling like you're done- why not cut the round short and start p3.
