March goal:
>1 binge free week Exercise >2 times per week all month 1- 35 minutes 2- 30 minutes 3- 30 minutes 4- 20 minutes 5- 45 minutes 6- 15, unless I'm a really good girl and work out after my late class *groan* 6 part 2: 25 minutes more yay! 7- 35 minutes 8- 35 minutes 9- Hmm, what do I feel like lol. I will do 20 I think 10- 35 minutes 11- 35 minutes 12: 10 minutes weights 13: I'm going to shoot for 20 minutes walking/weights. Today and yesterday are class nights ![]() 14: 70 minutes 15- 20 minutes brisk walk (in flats, aaaaaand I hurt my foot. literally can't walk. nice) 16- 30 minutes walking 17- 36 minutes walking (really should stay off this foot) 18- 10 minutes crunches 19- none 20- none ![]() 21- I'm going to hold myself to at least 20 minutes of stretching, crunches and weights today 22- none 23- nothing substantial 24- 30 minutes pilates 25- 30 minutes pilates 26- 45 minutes pilates 27- none 28- gawd help me get at least 30 minutes of weights and pilates in tonight 29- 30 minutes running/weights 30- nothing 31- 3 hours cleaning, 60 minutes dance |

Alright, folks, it's time for another monthly exercise challenge. Your goal can be anything you want...whether it's to work out a certain amount of time, a certain number of times, or simply to walk 3 days a week. Come join us. Everybody is welcome whether you're a die-hard exercise queen (or king, LOL) or just starting out. Only I have the permissions to edit posts after 8 hours, so if you will just post your daily workout in a new post everyday I will merge them for you. I resolve to actually meet my goal this month...2000 minutes. Goal: 2000 minutes Total so far: 1710 minutes 1 - 70 minutes at the gym 2 - Rest Day. 3 - Rest Day. 4 - 60 minutes walking + 70 minutes at the gym 5 - Rest Day. (Yeah, too many of these ALREADY!!!) 6 - 70 minutes at the gym 7 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class 8 - 70 minutes at the gym 9 - 70 minutes at the gym 10 - Rest Day. 11 - Rest Day. 12 - 70 minutes walking 13 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class 14 - 150 minutes helping V move + 60 minutes at the gym 15 - Rest Day. 16 - Rest Day. 17 - 360 minutes walking/dancing/standing on River Street 18 - 60 minutes walking on River Street 19 - Rest Day. 20 - Rest Day. 21 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class. 22 - Rest Day. 23 - Rest Day. 24 - Rest Day. 25 - 80 minutes at the gym 26 - 90 minutes at the gym 27 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 minutes at the gym 28 - 70 minutes exercise ball + 60 minutes at the gym 29 -Rest Day. 30 - 70 minutes walking the trail behind my house 31 -Rest Day. |

1500 Inclined Situps on this dusty old bench I never seem to use.. 1 -50 today 3/2/12 2 50 more today.. 3/3/12 (2 sets of 25 pant... pant...) 3: 50 more just now 3/4/12, for a total of 150 (I really hate that bench!) 4: 50 more this am b4 work. 200 total 5: 50 more this am 3/6/12 5a: 50 more this pm 3/6/12 300 total 6: 50 this am for a total of 350 almost wussed out since I am off work today. lols 7: 50 this am b4 work 400 total 8: 50 more today after work 3/9/12 Total 450 9: 50 more this am. 500 total 10: 50 more this am for a total of 550 (and I didn't even pass gas..) 11: 50 more after work 600 total 12: 50 this am. 650 total 13: 75 today as I am off with the weights. 725 total 14: 50 more this am b4 work. 775 total (was a real bitch this am lol) 15: 50 more this am. 825 total 16: 50 this am. 875 total 17: 50 more this am. 925 total 18: 50 more this pm. 975 total 19: 50 more this am. 1025 total 20: 50 more this am. 1075 total 21: 50 more after work. 1125 total 22: Nothing... I'm shooting for 1200, fingers crossed.
1 - 30 mins walking 2 - 30 mins walking 3- 30 mins walking and about 10 trips up and down those GD stairs at camp Does anyone count unintentional exercise? For example: I'm on the 3rd floor of camp and there's no elevator, I have to take the stairs. I go up and down them 6 - 8 times a day, and I do try to run them or take 2 at a time to make it a bit of a challenge, that count? LOL 4 - 30 mins walking 5-30 mins walking 6-jet lag day 7-jet lag day 8-30 min walking 9-30 mins power yoga & 30 mins eliptical 10 - 45 min walk with the dog 11 - nothing 12 - 3 hour walk around the city 13 - 1 hour walk 14 - nothing (got shit faced, actually) 15 - nothing 16 - 30 min walk with dog 17 - 30 min walk with dog 18 - nothing 19 - nothing (fly day) 20 - nothing 21-nothing 22 - nothing 23 - 20 mins of leg and ab 24 - 20 mins of leg and ab 25 - nothing 26 - 30 min on treadmill 27 - 30 mins on treadmill Dammit, I'd have to work out 9 hours between now and Saturday to achieve my goal. ![]() 28- nothing 29- 30 mins on treadmill 30- 30 mins on treadmill 31-30 mins treadmill Shit 745 minutes total for the month....less than 12.5 hours in total...averages 24 minutes a day, gross. I think I read somewhere that a woman over 40 has to exercise a minumum of an hour/day to maintain her current weight. I'm fucked. ![]() |

My goals when I'm working out is to work out to the point where my muscles feel only a little amount of pain, a healthy pain. But with me, it's hard to predict how much exercise is enough, as my stamina improves after working out for even just a few days. So I play it by year instead of making specific goals about how much I should work out.
