Sorry it's late, everybody. With the new year comes a new outlook. Some of you may have made resolutions to start exercising more...well here's somewhere you can be held accountable!!!
Goal: 2000 minutes Total so far: 150 minutes 1 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym 2 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - 31 - |
