How long do pre-filled injections last?

Another question - I'm so thankful for you all! I was given 14 pre-filled syringes at my clinic. I've decided to wait to start until after TOM, which should be here within the next week. Do you know how long the injections will last in the fridge? Thanks a bunch http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png.

Hi, they should do fine in the fridge for that period of time....but really no longer than that. The plastic absorbs some of the hormone. That's why we use glass mixing vials, and most who pre fill for a round will freeze the syringes....pluses and minuses on that method.

Gosh, in 4 rounds, I have always prefilled 10-14 syringes at a time and never frozen them. I don't feel they lost any potency?

I have done rounds where I prefill and I always lose less and I don't feel it's as potent. I have stopped prefilling and freezing my syringes bc of this.

Thats why I said pre filling that number is fine. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png. You do get less hormone the longer it sits in the syringe though, because it binds with the plastic cylinder of the syringe and is not pushed out into you when you depress the plunger. How much is bound and lost....we don't know for sure and it might coincide when you would need less anyhow, and you would have decreased your dose anyhow. The clinic I go thru used to recommend freezing the syringes...now they don't anymore. I guess it neither helped or hurt the hcg, so why do it. Hope this helps some.
