TOM and a patch user
 

Hello. This is my first time on HCG. I am using the patch that I wear for 3 days at a time. I am expecting TOM around middle of June. By then I will have been on VLCD for about 14 days. Do I need to take my patch off when I start my TOM? Or, can I leave the patch on for the whole TOM? Please let me know your advise. Thank you!
