I don't quite understand what you did. You were on hcg and the vlcd, then you cheated while still on the hcg, is that right? Then you decided to call your cheat a loading in the middle of your round? So now you consider yourself on a second round? Did I understand that correctly?
If so, you didn't really start a new round and you didn't load. You just cheated and now you're back on the vlcd continuing your first round. So keep on the VLCD until the end of P2 and then transition to P3 and P4. Or, if I misunderstood and instead you stopped P2 early, didn't do P3 or P4 and are now starting again, I'd say that probably isn't the best idea. How long did you wait between rounds? Did you spend some time figuring out why you couldn't follow the protocol? Do you have plans in place to deal with future upsets so you won't derail your diet? I would take some time to let your body rest and figure out how to be successful next time. My best advice for this protocol is to follow it exactly, including following the recommended length of a round, and including a full P3 and a full P4. |

Hi Sophia. Did you continue taking the drops during your binge? Either way you should be just fine. Just count those days as a really long load and start fresh today. This is my 5th round and I've lost 80 lbs so far. Some things that have worked for me are planning my meals for the week and having them prepared and ready to go. I make a big batch of chicken at the beginning of the week and just put them in individual baggies to grab and go. I made a batch of ground beef and divide it into 100 g portions. I will eat this as spaghetti (make my own sauce) or taco salad (homemade taco seasoning - found rcp on cook.com). Or I will make burgers and eat in a lettuce wrap with a tomato. I switch up my food regularly so I don't get bored. I love cottage cheese, fage 2% (doesn't work for some but has never stalled me), steak. I even prepare my veg ahead. I cut up my fresh fruit/veg when I get home from the store so that it's waiting for me and I portion everything out in individual containers. My fridge is literally full right now of small tupperware containers that have this weeks lunch and dinner in them. It takes a day to prepare it all but once it's done I'm done! Sorry for all the food talk. I just like to be prepared. It motivates me to keep going when it doesn't feel like work!! Night time is my downfall so I have to keep myself busy. At the beginning of each round I go buy a new sudoku book and borrow new books from friends so I have something to do before bed besides sit and think of food. I also walk the treadmill daily. It just helps my mindset and focus. Good luck this round!
