Day 20 on patch
 

Hello everyone . I'm on my first round of hcg patches day 20 and I've lost 13 lbs. I have lost inches to be sure but I have not lost as much as I hoped. Haven't cheated at all. Is this typical? Should I immediately go for another round?

average losses for woman are .5-.75 lbs a day, your average falls within that

and no, you can't immediately do another round, you have to wait 6 weeks and do phase 3/4

You should try to go to 30 or 40 days. The thing is that week 2 & 3 can be really slow, but things pick up weeks 4 & 5. Good Luck!

Congratulations! Sounds like you are doing fantastic. I also would say continue if you are doing well and want to lose more. You can do up to a total of 46 days in a round before you take a break.
