So this is day 6? I have had so much energy I can't even fathom it. My depression is gone, and I don't feel happy, but I don't feel like crying which is a step up from the norm. My concern is the amount of energy I have, it is triggering anxiety? Is this normal?
Diet consists of meat from steak to chicken, pepperoni, turkey. Greens, so just salads with 1 carb dressing on them. LOTS of cheeses, I have been keeping track of the ones with carbs. My carb in take is around 20 some days it has been less. I have been having nibbles of the atkins bars just to not eat a whole cake or pizza. That is basically it. I had a couple of diet sodas but other than that water and 1/2 a cup of soy in the mornings which is 3 carbs. SO I am staying under the designated intake. I have had butter, olive oil for fats. I take a vit b complex, multi, fish oil, C, and D also, and excersise regularly so thats not an issue. Is this normal to have this much energy and this soon? I worked out for an hour and it didnt even phase me. I am not sleeping well either but I still have energy regardless?!!! Does it level out a bit when you ad more carbs in? It is a bit much at time. Thanks! OH and I have lost 3 lbs in the last 6 days. I am not doing it for weight loss, my dr put me on it for my depression to see about leveling out my bloodsugar, seems to be working! |
