I am taking HCG drops. Just started to wonder if it is ok to store them at room temperature? Also what is the shelf life of them once opened? I am planning on buying some more to finish off my 40 days. Will they last until I start the second round? Also my box said 10 drops 3 times a day. But I read abut ppl doing drops 2 times a day. Can I do 15 drops 2 times a day? I keep fogetting to take them and then when I get up to go to the bathroom in the night try and catch up. @ times a day would be really good for me.
Thanks for any suggestions I am really just figuring out how this all works even though I am 19 days in. Because I have not stuck to protocol can I stay on longer? Like maybe 55 days? |

I would take your drops as directed. Taking them 3 times a day helps keep a more stable flow of hcg in your system. Try and figure out a system that helps you remember and work. It should be 3 times a day while awake. It's ok to take them in the night but don't feel like you have to wake up special. Also I would try and stick to protocol in the long run it will really help. With hhcg it's been the experience of myself and others on here that you can go longer on a round.

Mine were 10 drops 3 x per day too, but I cut it down to 8 because I was feeling hungry and someone said to try taking a bit less if that happened and it seemed to work (the dropper was quite big on them though so maybe I was taking too much).
I used to get up in the morning and brush my teeth then go and take the first dose (about 6.30am) before my shower - that way it'd be about 15 mins before I was dressed and having a cup of tea, then 12.30pm at work, then as soon as I got home in the evening (about 5.30-6pm) and that was manageable. Someone I work with did 4 rounds of the diet and he said he always forgot the lunchtime ones so he just stopped bringing them to work in the end and it didn't seem to do him any harm - I don't know if he took a larger dose for the twice daily that he did it. I think it's ok to store them at room temp if you live in a cooler climate. It's always hot where I live so I used to keep mine in the fridge at home and in an insulated lunch bag at work. If it gets hot in the summer where you live it might be worth putting them in the fridge |

I got them at a health food store in BC Canada. I think they must be real as I am not experiencing hunger and am losing well despite having extra protein and veggies because I work a very physical job and I have a dog that requires two walks a day.
I have not kept them in the refridgerator but the climate has been coolish. |
