Thinkin about stopping early.
Well I have 7 days left. Really just want to be done. I'm at 5 weeks right now. Gain almost a pound last night. No idea why didn't cheat. Just water weight I spose. This diet has been awesome.. My weigh ins have been pretty consistent. lose 4 days straight. then gain then lose 4 days then gain very odd. But I've lost some good weight. I really want to get to the low 160's but I just want to be done. I'm done eating this food. I want variety. I'm so bored. 5 weeks is pretty good right? Will I have a problem stabilizing? so anywho... what do yout hink?

if you really feel your body is telling you it's time to stop, by all means, move into p3. 5 weeks is enough to stabilize
i personally think if you can go 5 weeks, you can finish with 6. but only you can make that decision |
cool i think i may start stopping the drops tomorrow.. would it be bad to have a bowl of cereal? So craving some carbs! would it ruin my stabilizing? I think tom is soon.

Yes, it would be very, very bad to have a bowl of cereal. After P2, you should begin P3, which is no sugar and no starch. Cereal is starch. In three weeks, you can begin P4 where you gradually add back in starches and sugar. At that time, you can try some cereal.
You've worked really hard to lose this weight...don't mess it up now. |

I know all of the above.. read lbs and inches yes yes. it was a craving. damn period. and I am gonna go the next few days on the drops and continue to 6 weeks. I was jst having one of those moments i think. I've read up on everything. thanks guys.
