although i am losing i am losing sooooo slowly... .2 .4. .8
I am wondering if cutting out the bread sticks will help i seem to want more once i have one but if i dont have it i dont crave it HELP

It's usual for losses to slow but they will be better without the bread.

Thank you Grammy! i will cut out the bread, also i find while doing the t tapp i stall is tha normal
