Default Pickles?
I ate a few pickle chips the other day....they didn't seem to affect me and really pickles are just cucumbers in distilled vinegar. I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone else posting about them.

Hi Brokenhearted! I had pickles yesterday too; as a snack between lunch and dinner and didn't have a veggie with dinner and it didn't effect me at all. I was concerned too but after being down 1.4lbs today I think they're okay! Plus I read the ingredients and it doesn't contain any sugar and says 0 calories as well in a serving of two baby dills! What I'm wondering is Peperocinis! They're super low calorie and it would be a nice change! I'm quite tempted.

I was too with the pickles... so I just drank an extra couple bottles of water 16.9oz each and I normally drink 4 a day (just over the suggested 2liters), so upped it to 6.

I've seen a lot of posts asking about pickles. If your pickles meet the requirements of the protocol, you can use them as a vegetable serving. If they contain cucumbers, vinegar and herbs/spices, they meet the requirements. If they have other ingredients, they probably don't.
