Default help im tempted and crave everything
Please help me out. I'm in day 9 of phase 2 including the 2 loading days. I find myself craving every thing which is not normal for me. Specially cookies donuts pizza and all that. Sometimes I want to quit. Today I had to buy cookies for my sons team and I felt something never felt before. I ate about 20 cookies 10for min later I felt bad and induced vomiting. Please what do I do?

Oh, dear. A couple things are concerning. If you are using real HCG, cravings should really be far removed from you. Grammy can help you with that (I take drops). Secondly, I am concerned that you purged (there is a thread here somewhere for bulimics).

Here is what I recommend: get back on the wagon and keep trekking.

Tell us what you did for loading. Also, are you HUNGRY or merely craving carbs/sugars? Most of us are/were emotional eaters before HCG. We understand your cravings, but have also experienced victory from emotional binging. You can do it too. I pray you have the strength to pick up and move on. Also, can you get rid of the sugar and carbs in your home and get your family onto a healthier dieting regime?

I'm so confused I've never ever induced vomiting but I felt so guilty. I'm taking injections.

Well...cravings may take will power to over come them...however...

Cravings in and of themselves are almost always the result of a trace mineral deficiency.

Craving salty snacks & Craving Sweet treats especially.

My favorite line of colloidal minerals comes from Youngevity, but I'm sure you could find competing products even at local GNC etc stores.

Thing is, I don't know that I'd encourage to start taking them while IN P2 if you haven't been already.

I suspended taking most of my supplements for P2 just to ensure nothing would interfere...some of them have various levels of natural sweeteners or sugar alcohols to keep them from tasting too horrible. I don't believe in capsule based minerals cos you body can't usually absorb them very well at all, so I'm talking about liquid colloidal minerals.

I get cravings all the time - for loads of stuff, and stuff I wouldn't normally be too bothered with like sweet things (I'm a savoury person usually).

Half the time I think it's because when you're on any kind of diet you think about food a lot - whether you want to or not, it's something you have to think about so you think about food you can't have.

I don't know what the solution is really for most, but what has worked for me it has been seeing a (mostly) steady loss on the scales. On the days where I've stalled I have kept going by thinking that maybe tomorrow the loss will happen.
