What's the longest you've stayed on an injection round? What's you max lose in 1 rd?
 

I've heard if you skip one shot a week you can go longer on the injections plan--meaning shots in your abdomen area. How long have you gone on a single round? I know P&I says you should only lose about 30 lbs or so on a round unless you are really heavy then maybe 38 lbs?

What has been your max weight loss in 1 round and how long did it take you? Did you have a hard time stabilizing?
