Best time to inject HCG?

I have not yet begun the protocol but am excited to start!! My HCG ordered from Reliable RX is in Customs now so I am praying I will have the product sometime this week.
My question, after reading Pounds and Inches several times, is When is the best time to do the injection. Morning? Evening?
The coffee/tea breakfast will work wonderfully for me. My bad times (when I want to eat like a maniac) is in the evening after work. Should I do my injections then or is it best to take them in the morning?

I don't think there is a hard and fast rule, just pick a time of day and stick to it. I do mine first thing in the morning after my shower, but night shift folks do it in the afternoon after they get up....so I don't think it matters.

Thank you for your response! I think I will inject in the morning and just hope I can stop the old habits of pigging out when I get home from work. I may need to go to this site in the evenings (and not the pantry/refrigerator) and keep reading the posts as most of them are very encouraging. Reading some of the "not so encouraging" posts are actually helpful too as the people really start to figure out their mistakes on their own!
