Anyone experience SENSITIVITY to Jay Robb Protein Powder?
Whey or Egg Powder?
I've been using the whey power with strawberries and water from time to time...and I'm noticing on my food charts that it maybe be one of the things causing weight swings. I had one this morning with an egg, and yup the scale flew up two hours later. Just wondering. |
YEP. I gain in Jay Robb every time.

ahhhhh. I think I found the devil in the mix. Darnit, and I just did a high protein day yesterday to bring me back down.
Can I just hang in there and eat clean for a few days, or do I have to do high protein again? |
You're not more than 2 pounds over your LIW so you're fine. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

Yeah I know...but I have a feeling tomorrow I won't.

Then you worry about it tomorrow. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

Scale was at 139.8 this morning, so better than other post JR shake days.
Going to do a high protein day and never ever drink or eat one of those products again. |
Down another pound today avoiding the Jay Robb. Seem to be settling in now that I gave it up!
BUT, I notice that my appetite has gone crazy the past few days, and I actually get hungry.Which I haven't been since I started P3. I eat like every three hours. Mostly protein and fat. Sometimes fruit and yogurt. Luckily the hunger doesn't hang around after 6pm. |
Great about the weight! You need to eat a bigger breakfast with more protein and fat. That will slash the hunger.

I prefer Labrada Lean for Her. I lose weight with this and feel fulll. It has 30gr protein.
|
I use a protein shake from www.frapps.bodybyvi.com I tried Jay Robb and couldn't stomach it. Plus it had more sugar then this one. I look forward to eating them now and prefer them to a meal.

I had a gain after Jay Robb also. I think it might be the soy for me as well. I wish I knew before drinking it. I thought it was one of those pure foods since it is made with Stevia... but forgot that soy is problematic for me as well. Live and learn
