Is there a chart somewhere that specifically tell you what foods are considered starches and carbs that are not allowed in P3? Thanks. Your best thing would be to stick to P2 type foods (sans the fruit). So lots of veggies (mix to your hearts content!), meats/fish/poultry, healthy fats (butter-real not margarine, olive oil, coconut oil, avocados-technically a fruit, but allowed), and dairy (for those that are tolerant). I am sure there is a chart on the internet somewhere, even if it's not a HCG-type site. |
