I've stabilized very well in P3 each time. Apparently I don't have many food sensitivities except for celiac disease. I would recommend eating a lot of vegetables, fats and proteins, and very little, if any, fruits or nuts. Avoid processed foods and cook from scratch. Don't be afraid to eat a lot...you don't want to continue P2...this is a new phase. Stick to basic foods and wait a while before experimenting with things like coconut flour or almond flour. Use heavy whipping cream instead of milk or half & half. I tend to think the key to a successful P3 is eating a lot of fat. I also reject much of the advice I've read on these message boards about starting P3 slowly, eating larger portions of P2 foods, eating 800 or 1200 calories. I think it is bad advice, although it has worked for some. I have enjoyed some great P3 recipes like Cleochatra's Oopsie Rolls and Cauliflower Pizza. Best wishes to you.
