Anyone have issues ordering from EscrowRefills?
 

I ordered 3/29 and on 3/31 was told my order shipped. The tracking number provided did not pull up in USPS so I waited 48 hours and tried again. Still nothing. So I contacted Escrow who told me the exact same thing the first email said - my ordered shipped 3/31 via that tracking number. So I replied and clarified the tracking did not pull up. So they told me because of back to back holidays in India, the tracking will pull up in 48 hours. I waited 48 hours - still nothing. So I called someone this morning who is now going to check with the pharmacy to see when it shipped and check with USPS to see where it's at.
I'm worried it all seems shady! Plus I was really hoping to load this weekend but who knows where my order is even at!
Has anyone experienced anything similiar? What are your experiences like with Escrow?

I ordered from them on 3/21 and received my order on 4/4. The tracking information didn't first show up until 3/29 where it sat in customs for 4 days. From what I understand from ordering overseas in the past is that the tracking number won't always work until it hits the US. You should be fine http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

I ordered from them as well. It took about 3 weeks to receive my order and it didn't show up on UPS for almost 2 weeks. The company is legit and the HCG did arrive. I don't think you need to worry! Be patient and it will arrive.

My hubby and I have had different experiences. I ordered hcg and got it exactly 10 days after I ordered. My husband on the other hand, ordered something else over a month ago, and after no updates to the tracking number for 2 weeks, contacted them and they reshipped and that order still hasn't arrived and it's been 3 weeks.

Ordered from escrowrefills on March 22, they sent it outbound on the 27. It has been in New York in customs since March 29. I haven't received it yet,but I do have a USPS tracking number.

Just in case anyone is following I wanted to provide an update. I am SO FRUSTRATED! I still do not have a tracking number. I was told to wait 48 hours, then wait 24 hours. I was told yesterday I would have a tracking number within 24 hours and nothing so I called and was told I should have one tomorrow. It's always tomorrow. I was told the EARLIEST I'll have my order is April 27 - more than a month after I ordered. I'm so pissed, but I don't even know what to do at this point!

I ordered from them and had wonderful service. I received my order in 8 days (ordered on a Friday and it arrived the following Saturday.) The tracking number didn't show up until Thursday and then it hit my home QUICK! My mom ordered from them and hers took 12 days. Both of us highly recommend them - sorry you are having problems. I would keep working with their customer service.

I am having the same problem you are. I have several emails that continue to say wait 48 hrs, wait 48 hrs. I wanted to start P2 on Easter Weekend. I called and every time I do, I get John. It seems as if he is the only one working. I have also emailed the manager back and forth. They reshipped a second order for free, but there is no telling when I will get that. They also deducted my credit from referrals for some reason. I was going to complain but I don't plan on using them anymore. I ordered on 3/26, It will be exactly a month next week. Just ridiculous!

Sounds like the exact issue I was having MaeDean! And I always talked to John as well. Since I last called (quite upset) I have a new tracking number which now notes my order is in customs. At least it seems it has shipped. I ended up also ordering from ReliableRX because I didn't want to take the chance of waiting another month. I figure ONE of the orders has got to get here soon. My hcg finally arrived April 18 to the local post office here. I received a postcard in the mail that it was at the PO and I could pick it up. Received a call and email from Escrow refills to make sure I picked up my package. I picked it up on April 19th after work. No issues with escrowrefills, it just seems like it took forever. I didn't call anyone, just patiently waited.....I'm sure you both will receive yours within 3 weeks of ordering. It will definitely be worth the wait!

My tracking info shows my order cleared customs this morning so hopefully I'll have it soon!

Congrats Skinny T! My first order is now showing inbound to Customs. Hopefully it doesn't take long to clear. The second order they sent as a replacement is still being prepared in India. I hope to get something soon.

Just to let you know this is my first time every doing hcg and I ordered it from reliable rx the second one you ordered from I was so worried I would not get it and like you I emailed them and I also always spoke to John but my order did get to meand it only took ten days so it will come it only took two days to clear customs so it will be there soon no worries and believe me it is well worth the wait because as of today it has been 18 days and I had TOM in the middle of it and so far lost 28 pounds I have stuck to it with no cheating so well worth the wait
