Third week and sick of dieting

Sounds like your dose might be a little high. What are you taking?

I am feeling the same way, I am on R1P2 VLCD9 and can't find the right dosage. I lost 7lbs within he first 3 days but was feeling so weak and hungry. I started at 150iu and went up a day later. I've cheated with veggies and hummus & chicken (went way over 500 calories) because my hunger won't subside. :[ I didn't take HCG on Friday and yesterday tried 125iu with moderate hunger... Trying 127iu today on the side of my thigh. I'm using Hucog and hoping I mixed everything right, starting to lose hope. Also, my insulin syringes are 1/2 ml and goes up to 50--- which would mean my first injection was at 30 units to equal 150iu? I don't want to give up but I haven't seen weightloss for days... :[ Any help is appreciated!
