I need help lowering my dose!
 

I'm on VLCD 3, taking corion at 166iu, and unfortunately I'm hungry. I think I'm going to try lowering my dose. I guess what I need help with is, should I wait a couple more days before I skip a dose? And if I need to lower, how fast should I lower it? a whole ML at a time? Thanks!

I've done well at 125 or even slightly lower.

You can skip anytime after 4 shots so you can skip a day. Are you taking sublingual or subcutaneous? 166 is the dose that's usual for sq so that's why I asked. I wouldn't go to 125 on subcutaneous right away. That's pretty low for subcu. How was it mixed?

It's sublingual, I mixed 15 mL saline wound wash with it. So would today be a good day to skip a dose? Or skip the whole day's doses?

Yes skip the entire day's dose and see how you feel.

Ok, thanks! I couldn't seem to figure out wether to just skip one dose or both from searching the forum, so thanks again for your help! I'm gonna cross my fingers and skip tomorrow. Also, if I should find that I need to lower my dose, how much should I lower it at a time? a whole mL? a half?

Gahhh, I'm sorry, I'm still confused, so one line means about one tiny line ( about 1 tenth) or a bigger line? (whole mL) The tiny line seems to be so small of a difference!
